Optional 1-Year Warranty — $3.50
Add one year of coverage for defects in your ShadeMode kit, starting on delivery. Contact us with your order number and a description of the fault for assessment and repair, replacement or refund as appropriate. This optional cover does not cover accidental damage, misuse, incorrect wiring, or installation that does not follow the supplied instructions.
Optional Shipping Protection — $4.99
Additional order support for parcels lost or damaged in transit. Contact us with your order details and any photos of damaged packaging or items. We will review tracking and the evidence and arrange a replacement or refund for a covered transit loss or damage.
Both add-ons are optional and are charged once per order. They do not reduce our normal responsibility for delivery, remedies for faulty goods, or any statutory consumer rights. You do not need either add-on to contact us about an order problem.
